🧠 What Is Systems Thinking?

In a lab, nothing exists in isolation. The chemistry analyzer is connected to the water system, the reagents, the training of the operator, the temperature of the room, and even the cleaning products used nearby.

Systems thinking means zooming out. Instead of asking "Which component failed?" you ask "What changed in the whole system that made this component fail?"
